To provide a space for education and practice of growing food. To provide space for community to come together to learn and grow together.
Description
The Garden is situated in the heart of the former town of Albina, at the
Northwest corner of North Vancouver Ave and N Russell Street. Community gardens typically rent individual garden plots to members, whereas
the Cooperative Garden will have a large shared space, comprised of
many beds and in-ground rows to be tended collectively.
